Photogram's
What Is A Photogram And How Do You Make One?
A photogram is a an image made with a range of photographic material's and has no use with cameras. A photogram is made by using a photographic paper, the paper should then be placed on the enlarger (you should also know that no light can be exposed to the paper otherwise the experiment won't work and your photograms will be ruined) when you have chosen which objects you would like to place on the paper then a tiny red light should be exposed to the paper you then leave the red light on the paper for 5 seconds, after this you then bring your photogram over to the chemicals these chemicals play a vital part in the photograms process you then place your photogram in the developer for two minutes, after that you then take it out and put it in to the 'stop' chemical for one minute. finally you then take it out again and place the photogram in fixer and then leave it for no more then 1 minute.
Here are an experiment of my photograms that I have produced I decided to use small and easy objects rather then big and normal objects as i wanted to keep it brief and relevant to my research. My first photogram came out quite bad because i think i left it in the developer for too long it would of been better if i had made sure i stuck to the timing rightly. In my second image i think it came out better then the first one even though i can see a slight bit of light in the photogram i am still satisfied with it.
